She brought Crest® Pro-Health to market, which positioned the Crest® Brand to overtake #1 share from Colgate in the toothpaste category and garnered half of Listerine’s 50% share in the mouthwash space. She also led the Oral B and Olay brand teams globally in North America, Western Europe, and Asia. From owning “kills the germs without the burn” for the Crest Pro Health Mouthwash North America product launch to globalizing Oral B behind the “Dentist Clean Feeling” to “A Jar of Olay in every bottle” global campaign for Olay Body Care, she masters driving holistic brand equity and differentiation in the market.

Sarah graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Accounting and Marketing. She earned her MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin.

He is an award-winning strategic business and marketing management leader with experience in classic and scrappy CPGs, consumer durable products, retail private brands, and QSR. He has extensive experience in business turnarounds, leading new product innovation and launches, P&L management, digital and traditional marketing, omnichannel retail, eCommerce, DTC, SKU and ops efficiencies, and more. He is up to date on the latest digital marketing tool kits, Social Media, Amazon, DTC ecommerce, and Retail Marketing Networks.
Jesús has led small, mid-sized and large brands ($10+MM, $300+MM, $1.0+B) for startup, midsized and large companies. He has over 20 years of experience with some of the world’s largest brands including Pampers®, Jergens®, and Wendy’s® and emerging brands such as Just Bare®, and billion-dollar retail brands such as Simple Truth® and Private Selection®.
